VEF Riga won Game 5 of the Latvian Basketball League finals vs Ventspils, getting road victory (82-69) that clinched the championship.

Glenn Cosey had 19 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in this one, Andrejs Grazulis added 18 points while Jabril Durham finished with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.

Durham was also named finals MVP.
